I was pleasantly surprised by this 2.5-star hotel, as it surpassed my expectations compared to higher-rated places I've stayed at. The rooms had some issues like ants and a hard bed, but they were overall decent. The service was average, with a delay in room checks but courteous staff. I must say the hotel's location was excellent for our needs, and the price was quite reasonable. While the room was larger and cleaner than I expected, it did have a noticeable smell of stale cigarette smoke. The service, although mixed up with my reservation initially, turned out to be quite helpful and accommodating. The dining options were basic but lacked variety. On the positive side, the hotel had a convenient setup for laundry services.
